Nissim Zuaretz
Biography
Zuaretz was born on February 10, 1973. He is the son of the late Rosa and Gad Zuaretz, who were among Israel’s leading diamond exporters.
In his public roles, Zuaretz serves as President of the Israel Diamond Association, a member of the Presidium of the Business Sector, and a board member of the World Diamond Council (WDC). He previously served as the treasurer of the Israel Diamond Exchange and as chairman of the exchange’s Security Committee.
In 2020, he took the helm of the Israel Diamond Association as its president, and in 2024 he was elected President of the Israeli Diamond Exchange.
Business and Social Activities
Zuaretz is the owner and CEO of DN Diamonds, one of the world’s leading diamond companies. The company has offices in Dubai, New York, and Hong Kong. It has been awarded the title of Outstanding Exporter by the President of Israel three times in the last decade.
Additionally, in 2024, Zuaretz opened a jewelry store in Miami in partnership with the Grutman family. He also invests in Israeli startups in the medical field.
Personal Life
Zuaretz is married to Avishag and they have three children. They reside in Herzliya.
