The committee is chaired by Ms. Emma Janover and coordinated by the building manager, Roi Musari. It deals with all issues of day-to-day management of the Diamond Exchange, including infrastructure and construction (such as electricity, water, air conditioning, water extinguishing systems and smoke detection, etc.), elevators, restaurants, rental properties, tenant requests, energy saving, initiated projects, current budgets, dedicated budgets and more.
The committee meets on average once a month / month and a half, holds comprehensive discussions and makes decisions on the various issues of the day, the implementation of which is carried out by the building management headed by the building manager.
