Israel’s new B2B trading platform enables free access to Israeli diamond stocks.
The Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE), organizer of the sixth International Diamond Week in Israel (IDWI) to be held February 13-16, 2017, has added a new feature for buyers participating in the event.
For the first time, buyers will be able to search all stocks on offer at IDWI, and to plan their purchases in advance.
GET DIAMONDS, the Israeli Diamond Industry’s official online B2B trading platform, will establish a protected channel dedicated to IDWI that will post stocks on offer by Israeli exhibitors at the event. The channel will enable buyers to conduct searches according to a variety of criteria. Registered participants at IDWI will receive access to this channel at least a week in advance of the show.
IDE President Yoram Dvash said that IDWI’s new feature adds efficiency to the diamond trading process. “Our goal is to make IDWI as attractive and beneficial as possible for both Israeli and international participants. The addition of a dedicated GET DIAMONDS platform for IDWI can streamline diamond trading and increase the number of sales,” he said.
GET DIAMONDS online B2B trading platform was introduced this year by the IDE and the Israel Diamond Institute (IDI) to make the stocks of Israeli diamond companies of all sizes accessible to as wide a market as possible. The user-friendly platform is totally free of charge for both seller and buyer.
This year’s International Diamond Week will offer a huge variety of goods by hundreds of Israeli and international exhibitors. In addition, multiple international tenders of rough and polished diamonds will be held during the week.
Moreover, this year IDWI will offer a rich social program including free sightseeing to Jerusalem and the Dead Sea. As in the past buyers are being offered free accommodations for three nights in nearby hotels. The event is expected to attract several hundred more buyers than before.
