IDE President Yoram Dvash: "As the builder of the first building in the bourse complex and the second tower in Israel, the exchange is renewing its look and will build skyscrapers that will position it in its right place."
The starting shot has been fired in the plan to expand the Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE) complex.
According to the plan, the exchange will try to get additional building rights to create a new office tower, or the addition of floors to existing buildings according to planning committees' approvals.
Yoram Dvash said, "I'm glad we have set out on this path. As the builder of the first building in the bourse complex and the second tower building in Israel, the exchange is renewing its look and will build skyscrapers that will position it in its right place.
"Next year the IDE will celebrate its 80th anniversary, and this project's strategic plan is looking ahead to the next 10 and 20 years, and we are building the appropriate infrastructure for this."
