The first such event, which was widely hailed as a success, was held on July 15.
The Israel Diamond Exchange will hold its second polished diamond fair in the rough diamond trading hall on October 28.
IDE Vice President and Organizing Committee Chairman Ben-Zion Shasu said the fair would be held following the first successful fair which persuaded the bourse's management that the events should be held on a regular basis.
The fair brought together members of the exchange to do business.
