HRD Antwerp Donates Advanced Microscope to IDE

The microscope, fitted with optics from the famous Zeiss company, features special lighting and a safe vacuum that holds the diamond.

The HRD Antwerp gem lab has contributed one of its sophisticated D-Scope microscopes to the Technology Wing of the Israel Diamond Exchange.

HRD Antwerp was among the sponsors of the Third US & International Diamond Week which took place at the IDE last week.

Senior representatives from HRD Antwerp participated in the Diamond Week and exhibited the wide range of services the lab provides, including grading services, gemology, training, and research and technology work relating to the diamond jewelry industry.

In addition, HRD Antwerp also presented displayed special equipment for the identification and checking of polished diamonds.
