Sarine is New Name For Former Sarin Technologies

Established 26 years ago, Sarine, is a leading worldwide firm in the development and manufacturing of advanced evaluation, planning, cutting, shaping, polishing and grading systems for diamond and gemstone production.

Sarine Technologies Ltd is the new name for Sarin Technologies following a resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 30 and the approval obtained from the Registrar of Companies of Israel on January 20.

The name of the company has been changed with effect from January 21.

Sarine said it has arranged with the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) to change the name of its trading counter on the Main Board of the SGX-ST to Sarine Technologies Ltd. And this will take effect from January 27, 2014.
