Paris Store to be 1,000th Globally For Pandora
The jewelry retailer has become a huge worlwide hit in less than half a decade.
The opening of a store in central Paris later this month, will mark the 1,000th store across the world for jewelry maker and retailer Pandora.
The shop, in the Beaugrenelle shopping mall, the second-largest mall in Paris and close to the Eiffel Tower, will be opened on October 23.
The location of the new outlet will enable it to take advantage of plenty of foot traffic, since approximately seven million people ascend the Eiffel Tower annually and many more walk past the tower.
Incidentally, Pandora's Eiffel Tower charm is the best-selling in France, and among the highest-selling globally.
Pandora has been operating in France for two years, and will soon have 22 stores in the country.
Pandora's so-called Concept Stores account for around half of the company’s direct sales, and the firm anticipates the opening of approximately 175 such stores this year.
