Change in Date of 64th Annual General Meeting

The annual general meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 8, at 3pm in the Trading Hall and not as published previously.

The meeting has been delayed by a week from the previously published date of October 1.

On the agenda are the following issues:

Management report
Appointment of company accountant
Control Committee Report
Election of arbitration member
General debate
Election of IDE president and directors and internal control committee

If there is not the minimum number of members required to hold the meeting, it will be delayed for one hour to 4pm on the same day and will then be legal regardless of how many members are present.

Personal invitations to the meeting will not be sent out.
