Alrosa to Add Fourth Rough Tender Especially for Buyers' Week
Following a strong response from the Israeli diamond sector to sales this year, Russian diamond giant Alrosa has decided to hold a fourth rough diamond tender.
The sale is in addition to the three tenders that are due to take place in Israel this year.
The tender will be of special diamonds of 10.8 carats and larger.
The tender, by the world's second-largest diamond miner, will take place from August 20 to 29.
The tenders will take place at the offices of Arcos Diamonds Israel Ltd, a subsidiary of Alrosa, and the Russian miner's representative in Israel.
