Draw Takes Place for Buyers' Week Booths in Trading Hall
The draw for booths in the IDE Trading Hall for the second US & International Diamond Week to take place from August 25 to 29 has taken place.
The draw was held to ensure a completely fair and transparent way for places for participants to be decided.
Due to the strong interest among Israeli firms in taking part, with 350 companies registering so far, exhibitors’ booths will be located in the rough trading hall as well as the trading hall for polished goods.

At the first show in March, the 150 Israeli firms that took part were located in the polished trading hall.
With the announcement of the results of the draw, and a full month before the show takes place, there is a mounting excitement among the companies who will be displaying their goods at the event.
The draw took place in the management room of the exchange in the presence of the IDE President Yair Sahar, his deputy and Chairman of the Finance Committee and of the Steering Committee of the US & International Diamond Week, Moti Fluk.
The draw was also attended by Yitzhak Cohen, Chairman of the Computerization Committee and a member of the US & International Diamond Week Steering Committee, Yossi Ben-Zion, Chairman of the Diamond Association and a member of the bourse's management, Ami Prater, a member of the US & International Diamond Week Steering Committee, and members of the Control Committee, Moshe Lev and Gil Messika, General Manager of the exchange, Moti Besser, Deputy General Manager of the exchange, Irit Ben-Shachar, and assistant to Besser, Dana Oren.
