The upcoming US & International Diamond Week is a joint project of the Israeli and New York diamond exchanges, developed by their respective presidents, Yair Sahar and Reuven Kaufman. It is our response to the roaring success of 2 previous joint projects of the same team – Israel Week held in December 2012 in New York, and US & International Diamond Week held in March 2013 in Israel.
At the last Diamond Week, over 200 diamond companies from abroad met with over 500 Israeli diamantaires in the IDE’s comfortable, spacious trading hall. The number of handshakes, exchanges of mazal u’bracha and requests for business cards was so great that everyone went home with a taste for more.
